Love something you've already ordered? There's no need to rebuild your personalized design from scratch. With a Jollimate Account, you can reorder previous items in just a few simple steps.
Important: Your past order details are only available if you were signed in to your Jollimate Account at the time of purchase.
Follow these steps:

Sign in to your Jollimate Account. If you need help logging in, refer to this guide for step-by-step instructions.

Once you're on the homepage, click the Account icon in the top navigation bar to access your account settings:

In your account dashboard, click on the Orders tab to view your order history:

Browse through your past orders to find the product you'd like to purchase again, then click the Buy again button beneath that order:
You'll be redirected to the Shopping Cart page, where the reordered item will retain the exact same design from your original purchase. From here, you can proceed to checkout.

To modify any design details, simply click on the product name to return to the product page and make your adjustments.

Use the minus (-) or plus (+) icons beside the quantity field to adjust the number of items as needed.
