REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Jollimate, your satisfaction is our priority. Because all Jollimate products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, please review our policy below:

1. RETURN WINDOW: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Applies to: United States, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands.

2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEMS (NO RETURN REQUIRED):
✓ 100% FREE replacement or FULL REFUND — you do NOT need to return the item.
✓ Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@jollimate.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.
✓ Once verified, we will immediately process your refund or ship a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you.
✓ Refund processing time: 3 - 5 business days back to your original payment method.

3. CHANGE OF MIND / CUSTOMER REMORSE:
✓ Eligible within 30 days of delivery.
✓ Product must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
✓ Return Shipping Fee: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✓ Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fee).
✓ Refund issued automatically within 3 - 5 business days after inspection.

EXCEPTIONS (NON-REFUNDABLE):
✗ Personalization errors caused by customer typos or incorrect photos submitted by the customer.
✗ Items damaged or altered through customer misuse.
✗ Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour cancellation window (orders already in production).

5. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS:
✓ Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
✓ After 12 hours, your custom order is sent directly to production and cannot be canceled or modified.
