REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. Because all Jollimate products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, please review the following policy carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us — this helps us resolve your case quickly.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items Because each product is made to order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect personalization provided by the customer, or simply not liking the design after purchase.
