New to Jollimate? Personalizing your order is simple. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to customize your product and complete your purchase.
Here's how:

On the product page, you'll find a variety of customization options — such as name, hair color, quote, and more — depending on the product you select. Choose the options that best suit your preferences.

Be sure to select your preferred quote from the dropdown menu before proceeding.

Once you've finalized your customization, click the Preview button to review your design.

If everything looks good, click Add to Cart to proceed with your order.
If you are unable to see your personalized preview after clicking the "Preview" button, please verify that all required design fields are completed. A notification labeled "Option is required" will indicate any missing selections.
For Upload Photo products, a preview will not be generated immediately. Simply complete all design requirements and check out as usual. Our design team will then review your uploaded photo and create the best possible design for you.
To order multiple items with different designs, click "Add to Cart" to save your first customized item. Then, click the product link in your cart to return to the product page, customize a new design, and add it to your cart as well.
