Track my orders using Jollimate
This instruction is about using Jollimate to track all your orders.
Once you ordered on Art Gift, an account will be automatically created for you. Otherwise, you can create an account whenever you want by accessing the website and choosing the Sign In option.
As long as the email you are using to log in to your Art Gift Account is the one you used when purchased at Art Gift, all your previous orders will be archived there.
Step-by-step instructions.
1. Log in to your Account

On Desktop, beside the cart icon, there are two separate buttons for Sign In and Sign Up already.

On Mobile: Click on the icon at the top left of your mobile screen.
2. Access My Purchases
3. Find the exact order
All orders even canceled and refunded ones will be archived here.
4. Press the View your order button
And you can observe your order's status right away:
